As always, the holiday season is a whirlwind of to-do-lists and shopping and eating and more shopping and visiting with family and more eating and decorating and wrapping gifts! Whew! I love it but it can get a little crazy and chaotic and once it is over you may feel like it all went by too fast and you hardly got to be present in the moment.
