Our story is about living simply and intentionally, which sometimes means unconventionally.
As a writer, this is an outlet to follow wherever the pen may lead. You will find a mix of musings, adventures, book pondering, and favorite recipe sharing – essentially anything that Marie Kondo would say, “Sparks joy.” Which will usually be in the realms of seasonal living and finding space for a meaningful, creative life.
We (Kassie & Mason) are also the owners of a 1972 Airstream, aka the Dream Stream. After months and months (and months) of renovations with little to no experience of the sort, we discovered a very cozy, happy home within it’s curved, aluminum walls. We’re very passionate about the tiny living community because it gave us the courage to live in a way we never thought possible, but always dreamed of. Hence, you’ll find plenty of Airstream living posts in the archives. Nowadays, we’ve moved on from our tiny home after 2 and a half years of full-time living on private property and within RV parks. However, we continue to learn and relearn what it means for us to live a more minimal, meaningful life – even within a more “normal” home like an apartment as we figure out what’s next for our family.
All that said, if you’re anything like me and someone who has been a silent reader of blogs, I encourage you to comment on any post you may find meaningful in this corner of the internet. It’s my goal to embrace my quiet tendencies, my softness, while also still being a meaningful part of the conversation.
Regardless, I’m glad you found your way here, and hope you can stay for awhile.
